Young Drivers ‘2fast2soon’ Competition Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions set out below are the ‘2fast2soon’ competition rules and apply to the website '2fast2soon.com'. By entering the ‘2fast2soon’ competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. The competition is organised by a partnership consisting of the following organisations: Northamptonshire County Council; Northamptonshire Police; Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service and East Midlands Ambulance Service, hereafter known as the ‘Partnership’.
3. The ‘Partnership’ reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or rules at anytime without prior notice.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of the ‘Partnership’ will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
5. To qualify for the competition you must be a resident of Northamptonshire and be between 16 and 25 years of age.
6. Persons associated with the development of the ‘2fast2soon’ campaign from within the ‘Partnership’ or any advertising agency, web company or any other associated companies, agents or members of their families or households connected with the development of the ‘2fast2soon’ campaign are not eligible to enter the competition. The ‘Partnership’ reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
7. The ‘Partnership’ reserves the right to request proof of eligibility relating to personal identity and address of persons before any competition winner is confirmed.
8. By entering the competition you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
9. The ‘Partnership’ reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
10. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the competition, the ‘Partnership’ in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.
11. Throughout the period of the competition only one entry per person is allowed. Additional entries will be disregarded.
12. Competition entrants must complete in full the competition entry criteria set out in the competition entry page on this website. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
13. There are no purchase requirements to enter the competition and there is no charge to register for use of 2fast2soon.com
14. The ‘Partnership’ cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft or destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during the operation or transmission or server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
15. The prize winner will be chosen at random from all the entries. In all matters the decision of the ‘Partnership’ will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
16. The prize winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing of the competition. Failure to reply to this notification after 21 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
17. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The ‘Partnership’ reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value at any time.
18. Prizes are awarded at the ‘Partnership’ discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
19. Any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You hereby warrant that the information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. On behalf of the ‘Partnership’ the website administrator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.
20. The ‘Partnership’ cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the competition prize. The ‘Partnership’ is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or on any website, or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other persons computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials from the 2fast2soon.com website.
21. The winner of the competition may be requested to take part in promotional activity and the ‘Partnership’ reserves the right to use the names and address of the winner, their photograph and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
22. Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individuals prior consent.
23. The details you provide may be used by the ‘Partnership’ to keep you informed of new road safety campaigns. They will not be divulged to any third party.
